Canadian folk fiddler Nellie Quinn is quickly gaining attention as an outstanding musician, captivating performer and versatile interpreter of Canadian traditional musics. At the age of 23, Nellie belies her young years through the depth and maturity of her music, no doubt a result of traveling across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom to study under some of the best fiddler players of today.

Chris Meredith, a graduate of Newcastle University’s music degree honed his skills as a guitarist, composer and arranger over the four year degree. Applying his skills to the many musical ventures like his duo with Amy Thatcher in Live Music Now, Scottish trio NE3Folk, and international duo Punters Reunion and has also composed music for BBC television and Radio. Chris begun his partnership with music as a young fiddle player form the Highlands, competing and winning competitions in Scotland and completing his fiddle education as the first pupil of Scotland’s prestigious music school “Aberdeen City Music School of Excellence”. Newcastle Upon Tyne being his home now he has been making a name for himself in the North of England but has also broken into the international scene touring Norway and Canada every year.
